Discover the flavors of Vietnam with a fun cooking class in Ho Chi Minh City! Enjoy a cyclo ride, explore Ben Thanh Market to select fresh ingredients, and learn to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes with an English-speaking chef. Savor your homemade meal, complete with delicious local specialties and refreshing egg coffee.
COOKING MENU (Choose your dishes):
· Main Dish (Choose 1): Chicken Pho / Caramelized Fish in Clay Pot / Braised Pork Ribs / Grilled Pork Noodles (Bun Thit Nuong) / Lemongrass Chicken / Vegetarian Pho / Braised Tofu with Mushrooms.
· Side Dish 1 (Choose 1): Fried Spring Rolls / Fried Stuffed Pumpkin Flowers / Papaya Salad / Vegetarian Spring Rolls.
· Side Dish 2 (Choose 1): Pork & Shrimp Pancake (Banh Xeo) / Vegetarian Pancake.
· Side Dish 3: Stir-fried Morning Glory with Garlic (prepared by the chef).

-Walk 5 minutes to the cooking class. Learn knife skills, seasoning, and decoration, and cook your chosen dishes under the guidance of an English-speaking chef.
-Enjoy the meal you just cooked. After the class, you are free to explore the city or ask staff to help call a taxi back to your hotel (transportation back is not included).

有趣又美味的越南烹饪体验
这次烹饪课程让我度过了一个愉快的上午，也学到了不少越南料理的知识。乘坐人力三轮车游览城市很有特色，去滨城市场挑选新鲜食材也让我更了解当地人的饮食文化。英语厨师讲解得很清楚，即使没有烹饪经验也能轻松参与。亲手制作越南春卷和其他传统菜肴非常有趣，完成后还能品尝自己的成果。最后的鸡蛋咖啡也很值得一试。整体安排不错，非常适合喜欢美食和文化体验的游客。

이번 쿠킹 클래스는 단순히 음식을 먹는 것보다 더 특별한 경험이었습니다. 벤탄시장을 둘러보며 베트남 요리에 사용하는 다양한 재료를 알아볼 수 있었습니다. 셰프가 조리 과정을 차근차근 알려 주어 직접 요리하는 것도 어렵지 않았습니다. 반쎄오와 스프링롤 같은 현지 음식을 만들어 보는 시간이 특히 기억에 남습니다. 완성한 음식을 함께 맛보고 에그 커피까지 즐길 수 있어 만족스러웠습니다. 호치민에서 색다른 체험을 찾는 여행자에게 좋은 프로그램이라고 생각합니다.

베트남 전통 음식을 직접 만들어 볼 수 있어서 정말 즐거웠습니다. 시클로를 타고 이동하는 경험도 색달랐고, 벤탄시장에서 신선한 재료를 고르는 과정도 재미있었습니다. 셰프가 영어로 조리 방법을 친절하게 설명해 주어 초보자도 쉽게 따라 할 수 있었습니다. 직접 만든 음식은 맛도 좋았고 베트남 요리에 대해 더 많이 배울 수 있었습니다. 마지막에 맛본 에그 커피도 인상적이었습니다. 음식과 현지 문화를 함께 경험하고 싶은 분들에게 추천합니다.
Great Food, Friendly Chef, and Local Culture
This cooking class was one of the highlights of my stay in Ho Chi Minh City. I enjoyed exploring Ben Thanh Market and learning about the ingredients commonly used in Vietnamese cooking. The chef was friendly, patient, and gave clear instructions, so the class was easy to follow even for a beginner. Preparing dishes such as banh xeo and stir-fried morning glory was both interesting and enjoyable. Sitting down to eat the meal afterward made the experience even more rewarding. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys food and hands-on activities.
A Fun and Delicious Vietnamese Cooking Experience
I had a lovely morning learning how to prepare traditional Vietnamese dishes. The cyclo ride was a fun way to see the city, and visiting Ben Thanh Market to choose fresh ingredients made the experience more authentic. The English-speaking chef explained each step clearly and was happy to help us along the way. I especially enjoyed making spring rolls and tasting the dishes we prepared together. The egg coffee was a nice finishing touch. It was an enjoyable activity and a great way to learn more about Vietnamese food culture.
